Refund policy

 

At WildRise, we take pride in delivering high-quality, wholesome products to our customers. However, in rare cases where you experience a concern related to product quality, delivery, or damage, you can raise a formal request for redressal by contacting us at care@wildrise.co. To ensure a smooth resolution, all requests must include valid proof of purchase (electronic or physical invoice).

WildRise will review each case individually and, after internal verification, initiate either a replacement or a refund based on the issue and eligibility.

Return & Refund Window

Please note that requests for return, refund, or replacement must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this time may not be eligible for resolution unless the issue is related to product safety or legal compliance.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of order placement.
  • Orders are delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch, or as per the estimated delivery communicated at checkout.
  • In the event of shipping delays due to unforeseen logistical issues, customers will be duly notified.

Grievance Handling Process

Once a complaint is received, the WildRise team will examine the matter in detail and may contact you for further information, such as:

  • Images of the product or packaging
  • Batch number and expiry date
  • Delivery details

If the claim is validated, WildRise will proceed with:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • A replacement shipment of the affected items

Customers will not be charged for return shipping or the replacement product.

Refund & Exchange Procedure

Once a return (if required) is received or a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed via UPI, bank transfer, or the original mode of payment (depending on your order method).
  • Refunds are typically completed within 15 working days of approval.
  • In the case of exchanges, customers will receive a replacement of the same or equal value product, depending on availability.
