Order Processing

All confirmed domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. In most cases, you’ll receive your order sooner, but delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen logistics issues.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 working day from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may experience slightly longer timelines.

Shipping Charges

We currently offer shipping across India. Any applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an auto-generated email or SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Responsibility

While we ensure timely handover to our logistics partners, WildRise is not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control. Additionally, we are not responsible for damage during transit, though we encourage you to contact us at care@wildrise.co if any such issue arises, we’re here to help!
