Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation
- You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at care@wildrise.co.
- Cancellations are not possible once the product has been shipped or is in the process of being dispatched.
Returns & Replacements
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.
- We’ll promptly investigate and send a replacement at no additional cost if your claim is valid.
Unsatisfactory Product Experience
- If a product does not meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Our customer service team will assess your concern and take appropriate action—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or credit—on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or consumed items.
