WildRise Private Limited (“WildRise”) is the licensed owner of the brand WildRise and the website www.wildrise.co (the "Site"). WildRise respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides succinctly the manner in which your data is collected and used by WildRise on the Site. As a visitor to the Site or as a customer, you are advised to please read the Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing the services provided by the Site, you agree to the collection and use of your data by WildRise in the manner provided in this Privacy Policy.

Services overview

As part of the registration process on the Site, WildRise may collect personally identifiable information about you including your full name, alternate email address, mobile phone number, postal code, demographic profile (such as age, gender, occupation, education, address, etc.), as well as information about the pages on the Site you visit, links you click, frequency of access, and other browsing details.

Eligibility

Services on the Site are available only to select geographies in India. Persons deemed “incompetent to contract” under Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor under the age of 18 but at least 13 years old, you may use the Site only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If under 18 years, your parent or legal guardian may transact on your behalf if they are registered users. You are prohibited from purchasing products meant for adult consumption which are not legally allowed to be sold to minors.

License & Site access

WildRise grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this Site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify any part of it except with express written consent from WildRise. This license does not permit resale, commercial use, data mining, copying, or use of the Site’s content for any other purpose without express permission. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted.

Account & Registration Obligations

All users must register and log in to place orders on the Site. You agree to maintain accurate and current account details for communication related to your purchases. By registering, you consent to receive promotional communications and newsletters, which you can opt out of via your account settings or by contacting customer service.

Pricing

All products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless specified otherwise. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of order delivery. Prices may fluctuate but generally remain stable.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You may cancel your order up to the cutoff time for your delivery slot by contacting customer service. Any payments made will be refunded. WildRise reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity or violating these Terms. Fraudulent customers may be blacklisted and denied future access.

Return & Refunds

WildRise offers a “no questions asked” return and refund policy. You may return products at delivery if unsatisfied with quality, freshness, or quantity. Returned products will be accepted and refunds processed via cheque, direct bank transfer, or credit/debit card reversal.

You Agree and Confirm

You agree that any non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by you may incur extra costs for redelivery, which you will be liable to pay. You agree to use the Site lawfully and provide true and authentic information when requested. WildRise reserves the right to verify details and reject registrations if found false. You acknowledge the risk in using the Site and accept responsibility for transactions made. You confirm delivery addresses are accurate and will carefully review product descriptions before ordering.

You may not use the Site to disseminate unlawful, abusive, threatening, obscene, or objectionable content; to engage in illegal activity; gain unauthorized access to systems; interfere with others’ use of the Site; infringe intellectual property; or transmit spam or malware.

Colours

Efforts are made to accurately display product colors on the Site, but actual colors may vary due to monitor differences.

Modification of Terms & Conditions

WildRise may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. You should regularly review the latest version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Mumbai, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

Any feedback, comments, or submissions you provide become the property of WildRise, which may use, modify, publish, or distribute them without compensation. You warrant that your submissions do not violate any rights and indemnify WildRise from claims arising from your submissions.

Copyright & Trademark

WildRise owns or licenses all intellectual property on the Site. No content may be copied, modified, or used commercially without written permission. Use of trademarks or logos is prohibited without consent. Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement. Downloaded content is for personal use only.

Objectionable Material

You may encounter content that some find offensive. Use the Site at your own risk. WildRise disclaims liability for any such content.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify WildRise and its associates from claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, including unlawful use, violation of rights, or non-fulfillment of obligations. This obligation survives termination.

Termination

Either you or WildRise may terminate your use of the Site at any time. Upon termination, you must delete all downloaded materials. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations or liabilities incurred.
